The Editorial project space started its activities in 2017. Its first season of exhibitions closed with the solo show Today<\/em><\/a> by Laura Kaminskait\u0117 (b. 1984). The same name is used for a limited edition artwork, which is a remake of the exhibition poster.<\/p>\n

The words inscribed in the artwork Today<\/i> (2019) contain an abstract poetic image and the rhythm of movement, which occurs in the imagination as it is read. In that way, the work can be experienced anew when it is read by someone else, or it can be seen otherwise by different viewers. The poetic image which takes shape in the imagination reveals two things. The first is how the reader uses words written by the artist and connects them with personal experience. The second reveals how the author perceives the world, and how she exposes the abstract concept of the word \u2018today\u2019 and its changing nature. The poetic image of the work Today<\/i> is bilingual.<\/p>\n
